Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

In the event of an error in the transaction, wrongful transfers, mistaken identity, or any other issues that can be verified and proven, Nextwave will refund the money in question to the user, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine print on each contest, tournament or service we provide before paying for it; it provides all the details about the services we provide and the contest entries users purchase. In order to comply with extant law relating to deposit regulations, please note that the user must withdraw any idle balance lying in their ‘Winnings Wallet’ within 365 days of having won that amount. Similarly, users must use any money in their ‘Deposits Wallet’ within 365 days. If not, the said amounts will have to be forfeited.
